Located at 21 rue Vercingétorix, in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, a stone's throw from the train station and the Montparnasse tower, this 143-room hotel aims to participate in the renewal of the district. Like its predecessor, the Drawing Hotel (Paris 1st), the Drawing House draws on the codes of the family boutique hotel. Not wishing to do hotels without art, Carine Tissot has renewed her concept with her mother Christine Phal and invited seven contemporary artists to freely occupy the premises. She also entrusted the interior design duo Nido with the task of fitting out and decorating the rooms in the building designed by the architect Éric Haour.
