Since the 1970s, Anthony McCall has been creating immersive works in which beams of light sculpt the space and become visible through the mist. Straddling the boundaries between cinema, sculpture and performance, his work invites the viewer to move through the light itself. His pieces, often minimalist in nature, transform our perception of space and time. Anthony McCall is now a leading figure in the international contemporary art scene, with his work widely exhibited in museums.
