Bringing together more than 350 photographs and documents by some 120 photographers, "Corps à corps" offers an unprecedented look at photographic representations of the human race in the 20th and 21st centuries. It brings together two photographic collections: the public collection of the Musée National d'Art Moderne and the private collection of collector Marin Karmitz.

In February 2023, the Centre Pompidou became the first institution dedicated to modern and contemporary art to acquire a body of work dealing with the relationships between blockchain and artistic creation, including its first NFTs. In all, eighteen projects by thirteen French and international artists have entered the collection. Drawn from diverse practices and cultures such as crypto art and the visual arts and new media, these works will be on display at the Museum until January 22, 2024. By featuring numerous works from its collections, the Centre Pompidou highlights the artistic contribution to the struggles waged against the LGBTQIA+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, intersex, asexual, +) communities since the beginning of the 20th century. More than five hundred works and documents are brought together to show how the involvement of artists at the time transformed representations of so-called "minority" sexualities, and accompanied this emancipation movement, in both its clandestine and openly militant forms.
