The author of a protean work, by turns mysterious and literal, León Ferrari's (1920-2013) formal rigor equals his subversive power, constantly seeking to warn about the process by which art embellishes and trivializes violence - a mechanism he called "amiable cruelty" (bondadosa crueldad).
In his practice, drawing and sculpture respond to and enrich each other. The techniques of montage and collage, the use of all types of materials allow him to denounce the violence of the Western liberal world in deliberately iconoclastic compositions.

Pierre Yovanovitch has worked on projects all over the world, revealing a style made in France, without overload or ostentation. Each project reveals itself as a "unique piece" adapted to the place and the personality of its clients. Harmony of volumes, taut lines and masterly drawing give strength and sobriety to the interior architecture, which is softened by the play of light, the colours and the choice of authentic materials. Contemporary art plays an essential role in each project. As a collector, Pierre Yovanovitch conceives his interiors as true showcases for remarkable works or in situ creations by established artists or up-and-coming names.
