Atelier Tsuyoshi Tane Architects, based in Paris, works around themes of memory, identity, resilience, and the sense of community, having developed the concept of a “future archaeology.” This approach is particularly evident in the scenography created at the Hôtel de la Marine in Paris. The design of the museum space dedicated to the Al-Thani Foundation’s collections, housed in a wing of the Hôtel de la Marine, is undoubtedly one of the finest achievements of Atelier Tsuyoshi Tane Architects.
