Founded in 2007 by Christine Phal, Drawing Now Paris is Europe’s first contemporary art fair dedicated exclusively to drawing. Since its inception, it has supported the evolution of the medium and showcased its vitality through a rigorous curatorial approach. For its 19th edition, Drawing Now Paris will bring together 71 international galleries from 13 countries, presenting artists with diverse practices, from the rediscovery of historical figures to the most contemporary experimental works.

The exhibition Matisse. 1941-1954 sheds light on the final years of Henri Matisse's career, between 1941 and 1954, through more than 230 works - paintings, drawings, cut-out gouaches, illustrated books, textiles and stained glass.

Chalisée Naamani’s works result from a process that combines photographic prints with polymaterial assemblages of soft, irregular forms, creating spatial bridges to visual puzzles and entanglements of emotions. Naamani creates “image-clothes,” sculptural objects that function much like paintings and are meant to be looked at rather than worn.
