Pop Forever, Tom Wesselman & ...

The Louis Vuitton Foundation will present "Pop Forever, Tom Wesselmann & ...", an exhibition devoted to Pop Art, one of the major artistic movements of the 1960s, whose presence has continued to assert itself on every continent and each generation to this day. The exhibition will focus on Tom Wesselmann (1931-2004), one of the movement's leading figures, through a selection of 150 paintings and works in various materials. It will also bring together 70 works by 35 artists of different generations and nationalities who share a "Pop" sensibility, from its Dadaist roots to its contemporary extensions, from the 1920s to the present day.
