The Musée des Arts Décoratifs pays tribute to Dutch fashion designer Iris van Herpen, now recognized as one of the most avant-garde figures of her generation. Conceived as a truly immersive and sensory exploration of the designer's universe, this retrospective, fusing fashion, contemporary art, design and science, is organized around eight themes that capture the very essence of her work. The exhibition brings together some one hundred Iris van Herpen dresses in dialogue with a selection of contemporary artworks, installations, videos, photographs and works of natural history.
