Simultaneously to Paris+ by Art Basel, the Conseil économique social et environnemental is hosting the Brazilian artist Lucia Koch this year, for the first time in France. The monumental work is spread out over more than 1,200m2, i.e. almost all the spaces in the building. A true sensory experience, the in-situ project disrupts the perceptive habits of visitors to Auguste Perret's architecture, thanks to the gigantic coloured and translucent velums that she has been deploying in the architectural spaces since the end of the 2000s, and which are constantly animated by the slightest air currents and the passage of spectators..
