Tatiana Trouvé is developing a body of work that is as vast as it is ambitious, where drawing and sculpture intertwine in a permanent back-and-forth movement. Her work in three-dimensional space proceeds from the invention of places to be (re)inhabited, while her graphic productiongives rise to fragmentary arrangements of architectural, landscape and furniture elements that evoke the work of dreams and their mechanisms. The artist thus weaves an "art of memory", which is not a technique of memorization, but rather a game with oblivion, leaving the memory all the latitude to become imprecise.
