Toulouse Lautrec

If Toulouse Lautrec’s work has marvellously represented the electricity of the Parisian night and its pleasures, it also reflects contemporary society in all its aspects, even the least suitable. Finally, the exhibition shows how this aristocrat from Languedoc imposed his lucid, serious and funny gaze on Paris in the 1890s and the way in which he established himself as a precursor of the avant-garde movements of the 20th century.
